The entire capital raising process, from start to finish, can take anywhere from 3-9 months, depending on the complexity of your business, the amount of capital you need, the types of investors, etc. You can accelerate the process by getting your financial and operational house in order, hiring a reputable management team, and by focusing on gaining traction for your business. This will make your company more marketable.

Do you raise capital for me?
We work with you to create a target list of investors and to prepare your team for making the pitch. However, we don’t source investors as we are not investment bankers. Investors want to hear from your organization’s leaders, ideally the CEO. They want to hear your passion and your confidence in your company’s vision. Although we will be by your side the entire time and can even attend investor meetings, identifying prospective investors is up to you.
